Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://gracefulbikelabbrooklyn.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Our Services. Graceful Bike Lab delivers Bicycle Repair, E-Bike Repair, E-Scooter Repair, Bicycle Parts, Mobile Bicycle Repair. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Graceful Bike Lab (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Graceful Bike Lab may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Graceful Bike Lab makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graceful Bike Lab's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Graceful Bike Lab in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Graceful Bike Lab from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NY, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NY.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
