Graceful Bike Lab started with a simple idea: a broken bike should not cost you a whole day. We are a mobile bicycle repair shop, which means we come to you instead of asking you to haul a busted bike across the neighborhood. Whether you are stuck at home, at work, or on the side of a Brooklyn street, we bring the tools and the parts to get you rolling again.

We spend a lot of time helping workers who depend on their bikes to earn a living, so we focus on fast, honest fixes that hold up. As a bicycle repair shop, we handle the everyday problems that leave people stranded: we repair flat tires and replace inner tubes, fix or swap out worn bicycle chains, dial in your brakes or replace them entirely, and tune the gears and drivetrain so shifting feels smooth again. When something electrical goes wrong, our e-bike repair shop side runs full diagnostics to track down the fault, and as an e-scooter repair shop we keep those rides moving too.

Most of our work is on road bikes, but we are comfortable servicing mountain bikes and BMX bikes as well. We also run a small bicycle parts store setup, carrying the common tubes, chains, brake pads, and hardware we install every day, so you rarely have to wait on an order. Emergency repairs are our main focus, and we offer same-day service whenever our schedule allows, because a stranded rider needs help now, not next week.

We are newer to running our own shop, but we bring real hands-on experience to every job and treat your bike like it matters, because to you it does. Any location past 59th Street and beyond Downtown Brooklyn incurs an additional $25 travel fee.
